Dr. Avner Dinur
Vice Chairman for the Israelis

A believer. Lecturer of Jewish studies at Sapir College and
Seminar Hakibutzim. Facilitator of different dynamic groups that deal
with questions of identity and politics. Studies medieval and modern
Jewish philosophy with a focus on the idea of Secularism. A member of
“Migvan” – the Urban-Kibbutz in Sderot. Married to Nitza and
father of Omri, Rotem and Shaked.

Antwan I. Saca

Vice Chairman for the Palestinians


Deputy Director of Holy Land trust. Previously he served as Program Coordinator

at the Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation and as a research assistant in the

Urbanization Monitoring Department and in civil society advocacy at the Applied

Research Institute – Jerusalem (ARIJ). A graduate of the Arab American University of

Jenin (AAUJ) with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law, he was active as a youth leader

and as a member and project coordinator of the OneVoice Movement.
